Focus Magazine - Vol. 1 No. 1

Focus Magazine derived from the Black Community Council of Quebec (BCCQ) – a movement from 1970 to 1995 that constituted the voice of Black Quebecois. Its activities touched every aspect of African-Canadian cultural, psycho-social, economic, and political life, with coverage predominately in La Salle, Laval, the West Island, the South Shore, Cote des Neiges and Notre-Dame-de-Grâce.
